Charming Horses (Sony/ Armada)
Not many Artists manage to stand out from the current mass of deep house Acts. The cologne DJ- and producer “Charming Horses” managed exactly that in a short time. He put on strong melodic hooks since his debut “Follow” (the Moon) with Jona Bird and his production team.
His emotional deep house cover of “Beth – Don’t you worry child” made it to the ITunes overall Top 50 charts within a few days. The appendant YouTube video already got 3,5 million views. And the cologne sticks to the fast lane. His remix to “Godspeed You” made it to number 1 of the Hype Machine Remix charts. No other than Pete Tong praised the mix as “Amazing uplifting piece of Balearic house music” and “essential tune”.
The YouTube views of all Charming Horses mixes add up to 5 million. Half a million listeners on Spotify and 150.000 followers on Shazam as well as 1 Million plays on Soundcloud have to be added. Right from the start, Charming Horses’ tracks and remixes are supported by huge mainstage Acts like Lost Frequencies, Don Diablo, Felix Jaehn, Gestört aber Geil, Flic Flac and many more.
The summer hit “Sonnenmädchen” (featuring Lizot) played on the radio and in almost every club of the republic for month. The track made it to number 6 of the Top 10 Shazam Buzz charts and to the Top 100 official German single charts.
The deep club mix “Killing me softly” (feat. Jano) rapidly settled at the Top 3 of the DDC. Besides that, remixes for “Gestört aber Geil” and “Iselin Solheim”, who already sang vocals for the number 1 single chart hit “Faded” by Alan Walker, appeared in spring 2016.
The current Track “Higher Love” (Sony) with the UK Singer Grace Grundy made it to half a million Spotify streams and #11 of the Viral Spotify UK Charts within the first week.
